1. Fill out the form.
2. Review and accept the usage terms.
3. Click on the 'Create an Offer' button. This will generate an offer for your perusal.
4. Review the offer and if everything looks fine, click on the 'Print' button to print-out the offer. This will also forward your offer to a lawyer in case you requested a review.
